Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi, Kenya
Arrival in Nairobi at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where you will be met by our driver/guide and transferred Olesereni Hotel for an overnight stay on Bed & Breakfast.

Day 2: Drive to Samburu
After breakfast we drive to Samburu Game Reserve arriving in time for a late lunch. In the afternoon we embark on our first game drive. We check in at Ashnil Samburu Camp for overnight stay.

Day 3: Game drives in Samburu
This day we spend exploring Samburu Game Reserve.This park is renowned for its variety of wildlife species which have adapted amazingly well to the harsh and hot climate of the area. The unique species include the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Gerenuk, Beisa Oryx, and the Somali Ostrich. Overnight stay is at Larsens Camp.

Day 4: Game drives in Samburu
After breakfast we embark on another day of game drives. We only return to the lodge for lunch. At this time the temperatures hit their peak and the animals look for shade under the trees. Samburu National Reserve covers 104 square kilometers and the Ololokwe Table Mountain forms a dramatic backdrop towards the north. Samburu is also home to elephants, buffaloes, lions and leopards. Dinner and overnight stay will be once again at Ashnil Samburu camp.

Day 5: Game drives in Samburu
We opt for morning game drive with packed breakfast and have the afternoon at our disposal or have an afternoon game drive. Our guides leave for Maasai Mara where we’ll meet them the following day. Overnight stay is at Ashnil Samburu camp.

Day 6: Flight to Maasai Mara
After breakfast, we take a game drive en route transfer to the Airstrip for our flight to Maasai Mara. Our guides will pick us up and transfer us to the lodge for lunch.

Day 7: Game drives in Maasai Mara
The Mara, recently classified as the latest “Wonder of the World, is an extension of the Serengeti in Tanzania and all the “Big Five” are found here. Accommodation: Matira Camp

Day 8: Game drives in Maasai Mara
This day we have the option do a morning game drive with packed breakfast or have breakfast then do mid-morning game drives. Whatever we plan with our driver the evening before it will still be beyond our expectations. The wealth of wildlife at the Maasai is unrivalled in Africa, particularly during the migration of wildebeests from July to October. All meals and overnight will again be at Ashnil Mara camp.

Day 9: Game drives in Maasai Mara
Today we have another day to explore Maasai Mara. Morning Game Drive accompanied with packed breakfast and later we do afternoon game drives. Overnight stay is at Ashnil Mara Camp.

Day 10: Game drives in Maasai Mara
Morning and evening Game Drives accompanied with packed breakfast for the morning game drive. We can opt to do balloon safari. Overnight stay is at Mara Matira Camp.

Day 11: Game drives in Maasai Mara
Morning and evening Game Drives accompanied with packed breakfast for morning game drive. We can do an optional Maasai Village visit.

Today is our last day exploring Maasai Mara. We opt for morning game drive with packed breakfast. Our guides depart in the afternoon. We take an afternoon game drive with our camp guide. Overnight stay is at Ashnil Mara camp

Day 13: Flight to Nairobi Depart on International Flight
We take a morning game drive with our camp guide with packed breakfast and transfer to the airstrip for our afternoon flight back to Nairobi. We will be picked up at Wilson Airport and transferred to Ole Sereni Hotel. After freshening up we will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for evening departure.
