Day 1: Kinigi - volcanoes National Park.
In Kigali you can enjoy a city tour : Visit Kimihurura market and Kigali Genocide Museum. Thereafter, transfer from Kigali to Volcanoes National Park in northern Rwanda. After a 2-hour drive from Kigali to Ruhengeri/Musanze, we will visit the Iby’iwacu Cultural Experience in Kinigi. Enjoy a safari a walk around Volcanoes National Park.
Day 2 : volcanoes National Park - Bwindi National Park.
Begin this day with a golden monkey trekking in Volcanoes National Park. After the enjoyable experience with the primates transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda
through Cyanika, the Rwanda-Uganda border.
Day 3 : Gorilla Trekking - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
After breakfast, you will be briefed about gorillas, then you will embark on trakking their families in Bwindi National Park gate. While in the forest you will be tracking for between 3 to 6 hours or more until you find a gorilla family.
Day 4 : Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Depart from Bwindi National Park and head to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy stunning landscapes of western Uganda while en route to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
On arrival, search for tree-climbing lions. These lions climb trees to enjoy warm temperatures.
Day 5 : Kasenyi Plains Game Drive & Kazinga Channel.
After breakfast, proceed to the Kasenyi Plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park in view various species of wild animals such as: lions, Uganda kobs, buffalos, topi, elephants, bushbucks, leopards, among others. The Kasenyi Plains are in the vast savannahs of the Albertine Rift in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Return to your lodge for lunch and some rest
then depart for Kazinga Channel for a boat cruise to enjoy for an afternoon of wild game viewing. In the channel you will see buffaloes, crocodiles, birds, and elephants.
Day 6 : Kazinga Channel - Kalinzu Forest
Depart after breakfast and drive to Kalinzu forst for chimpanzees trakking. Other monkey species seen here include : colobus, red-tailed monkeys, and olive baboons. Return to your hotel.
